PBR Tube Vacuum Concentration Pot Application The equipment can be used to concentrate liquid in Chinese medicine,western medicine,foodstuff,MSG,dairy products,glucose,starch,fruit juice and chemical industry. Structure and Feature The equipment contains a cylinder three-dimensional sealed ste with a warmth-keeping layer,and the adoption of vacuum pumped by simple high-efficient water power sprayer .the aquipment is divided into 3 parts:evaporating room,heating tube and separator.Liquid material is drawn into evaporating room from above and heated in the tube which is made up of 3-5 row oblate stainless steel tube.Now a group of little tubes are added be-low the concentrator now,liquid material below 3kg can also be vaporized.materialis not easily to be lost;and wash-ing is very conwenien, accords to GMP standard.
